The device is an annealed wheat mill, but it can be used for both annealed and non-annealed wheat milling if desired.
The device consists of two parts: crushing and grinding. The wheat passing through the rollers in the crushing section is grinded and very coarse semolina and bran can be taken from separate areas in the collection container located under the sieving area.
In the sieving part, 850 micron sieve is used.
In the grinding part, very coarse semolina taken from the crushing part; flour is divided into fine semolina and coarser semolina. In this part, 160 micron and 280 micron sieves are used, respectively.
There are 6 rollers in total, 3 rollers in the crushing section and 3 rollers in the grinding section.
There are sieving systems at the front of the device. Under the sieving area, there are a total of 3 collection vessels, 1 in the crushing part and 2 in the grinding part.
