It is BASTAK Brand 10500 model. It automatically draws samples from especially hazelnut, wheat, corn and similar grains, legumes, oilseed heaps and storages with vacuum and collects them in the sample container located in the body of the device. It can be used in wheat and other grain samples by attaching a grain apparatus.
Depending on the sample, vacuum samples can be taken from a depth of 5–9 meters. 5 pieces of 1 meter aluminum pipes, 1 piece of 60 cm aluminum elbow, push and pull apparatus, pipe opening key and bag are given with the device. It has ease of use, a single operator can easily use the device.
Since the length of the pipes is 1 m, they can be used even in warehouses with low ceiling heights. The device is portable and can be carried easily between different warehouses or within the same warehouse. The device can take 9 kg hazelnut samples at one time. Samples can be taken separately from the desired depths with the device. Thus, products of different depths can be controlled.
The device works with 220 V, 50 Hz current. The external dimensions of the device are 900x480x380 mm and 13.5 kg (pipe weight is not included in this weight, 1m aluminum pipe = 1kg). There is a 2-year warranty and a 10-year spare part supply warranty, excluding usage errors.
