Bastak brand 4500 model laboratory type double passage roller mill.
It is used to determine the quality of wheat to be used in flour production.
The flour that is closest to the characteristics of the flour that will come out of the factory is obtained with this device.
It can be used for annealed and unannealed wheat milling. The values of the flour to be milled in the factory are determined in advance and the necessary changes and changes are made.
It is the blending mill that enables corrections to be made.
The device consists of two parts as Crushing and Liso; Wheat passing through three grooved rollers in the crushing section is milled and divided into three parts as flour, coarse bran and semolina. With two 160 micron and 800 micron sieves available in this section, flour and semolina are collected in separate containers, and the bran is taken from the front of the device.
With the amount of semolina received after crushing, the company also has information about the semolina capacity of the wheat.
In the Liso section, the semolina passing between two flat rollers is separated into flour and fine bran with a 160 micron sieve.
The amount of damaged starch by adjusting the distance between the rollers
can be controlled. The device has a grinding capacity of 50g-600 gr/min and can operate with a flour yield of 60%-75% depending on the wheat quality.
All physical, chemical and rheological (water removal and energy graphs) analyzes can be done safely on the flour obtained.
The external dimensions of the device are 70x70x90 mm and its net weight is 110 kg.
The device works with 380 V, 50 Hz current.
