It is Bastak brand 1650 model. It is a laboratory type disc mill. It is used to divide the sample into smaller pieces in wheat, corn, barley, rye and other grains and oilseeds. It is especially used in sample preparation for moisture analysis in the oven. The sample particle size can be adjusted by zooming in and out of the grinding discs between 0.2-10 mm.
There is no moisture loss during grinding. In the milled products, the shell and the inner part of the seed (for example: flour and bran in wheat) are collected in the same collection container.
The grinding capacity is 50-100 gr/1 minute depending on the product density. The external dimensions of the device are 550x250x260 mm and its net weight is 12 kg. The device works with 220V 50Hz current. It has 2 years warranty, 10 years spare parts warranty, excluding usage faults.
